grrr updates = hell Cant get on FFXI gain : FFXI General Discussions

Well for what seems like forever i have not been able to get all the way throught to FFXI. I get a crash right after i click the "Play" button to go to the screen to be able to go full screen and select charater here is my log.
PLEASE HELP!
