Sorry to say it but this is a lesson learned the hard way. You are getting mad at people that are trying to help you -- you think they will want to continue to help you? There are very simple steps to getting your account back if you are the original owner / register. You just need the information that SE told you to keep when you registered your account. If you didn't register your account, don't get mad at the people trying to help by saying "And lilmonk i didnt register my parents did!!!" because you didn't state that your parents registered it in the first place. Again, someone was trying to help you; you did not give all the information that was needed to help you; and you flame the person trying to help you.

If I were you, I'd be asking my parents where the registration information is. If they did not keep this information, next time they register something for you, make sure they do. It's as simple as that. Don't argue with people trying to help you because you and/or your parents didn't keep your registration information.

You account cannot be stolen -- if someone accessed your password/information, you gave them access to it. (yes, it can be stolen but I highly doubt that someone with the knowledge required is concentrating on your account solo ... unless you really pissed them off). You may not have said, "Here's my password!!" but you might have put something on your computer that gives un-consensual access to it. You may not have all your computers software version up to date, such as windows or your Firewall software. If you don't use a firewall -- that’s the owner of that computers fault. If you download any "free" programs online like Kazaa, Shareaza, or whatever from a not legitimate source -- that’s your fault. If you surf sites that offer things for free such as: free porn; free video games; free IPods; free anything ... again its your fault the computer has a virus or whatever. Hell, I've even heard of people using Kazaa and listing their entire hard drive under their shared folders -- pretty easy for someone to search files on your PC then. I've never tried looking, but I'm sure it isn't that hard to gain access to your .tmp install files through Kazaa if you are sharing them. Yes, I have downloaded stuff through Kazaa, Bittorent and other programs like this, but I will never put these programs on my personal PC that I have ever transmitted bank account/credit card information on. I have a old laptop that I bought off eBay for $100 that I download the stuff to and if I want it on my PC, I burn it to a DVD/CD then copy it to my PC.

And most of us can tell you are 16; you proved that by the negative attitude and ignorance used in your many responses. These people are trying to help; you account was stolen/given to someone/sold. Get over it -- buy another copy of the game and start over. $30 is not worth "killing yourself" over ... is it?

First thing I would do, would be to run a virus scan on that computer if you did not give the password away because that is the only way someone could have gained access to it.

Either way this is something we cant help with. It has nothing to do with the XU side of it. You lost the REG code and someone else has it now.

Guess what that means the game is his. Once someone else has your REG code all the person has to do is call SE and they change the password you will not get it back. The account is theirs.

Incase this does not make sense to you he is a simple explanation.
YOU NEED TO BUY ANOTHER ACCOUNT.

THIS PROBLEM IS BETWEEN YOU AND SE. WE CAN NOT HELP YOU WITH THIS.

Lastly stop asking for the Plvl. You say you have another account. So play the game and have fun. You do not need help. You just need to play and earn everything again.

lets see ive had no attitude and someone has hacked the account from me and changed the registerd name some how this referance used keylogger on me as said in a AIM message. He now has my pass to anything i put in this system....

However, what you've stated in this thread clearly states you are unable to get your account back because you didn't keep track of the original registration information.

If you want to play the game, create a new account and level up again. If you wan't it to go fast create a bard and you'll be 75 again quick and no buying accounts required.

I also find it funny how your story keeps on changing. It leads me to believe that you are a liar and are trying to find pity. So people can help you lvl which is something you can do yourself.

Start your new account which is problaly your frist account and start playing. Like everyone else does in the game. It is not that hard. It just takes forever.


If my account was stolen I would Lock all credit cards and call them. Then call SE and report my account stolen. I would also have the REG CODE Ready with all the information. I would also report my account to a GM in game with the help of one of my in game friends. So it would be impossible for that person to contunie on playing. The most the person would be able to do is sell all my things. Once this is done and the account is ready. I would call SE and ask to have a new Reg Code assigned to my account<-- NOTE I would only do this if somehow the Reg Code was compromised but in most cases it is not)). Then I would format the comp and reinstall the game with a good anti virus program and only use that comp for the game.

If by some miracle the person has my Reg Code. I have lots of friends that now me in game and would report that person. Since while the person might have my Reg Code they dont know me. I would ask them to get a GM. Get the account Lock or if anything Banned.

Either way my point is and now that I think about. What you say is not possible. A lvl 75 with no friends and no way to prove that is your account. Your Full of Sh!t.

Sorry if I offend anyone but his stupidity has no excuse. I know people in game that have lost everything because their account was hacked. Here comes Fate and gives only him Bad Luck. Other people can get thier accounts back but he cant.


Then he says he is willing to lvl from the begining and needs help. If I lose my high lvl and cant get it back. I would quit the game. I understand starting a new character. But if SE would not give me my account back. Why the hell would I pay them again.

The more I think about what this guy says the more pissed off I get. Since it becomes more and more obiviuos that he is just trying to take advantage of people. (( OR he is extremely STUPID and SPOILED! ))

These are your options!!
1. Quit the game if you really cant get the account back. Or call SE and talk to them!
2. If you Like FF11 that much then buy your account and stop being a B!TCH<-- This word has no meaning what so ever it does not exist ;p))).

Stop complaining to us about something we cant do anything about.

i dont need someone to point something out to me that i already know there is no need for it at all... This site is for help and information not and smart !@#$%^&*.. He dosent know anything about the situation and he thinks he can state a fact thats not true... I have never seen someone get an exp pt quicker than a good brd. With a good tank, a bard and mobs that do not require the use of Stona or other whm 38+ spells, you can get away with no white mage main easily.

I'd suggest, if you enjoy the game -- start over. You never know what may happen! Get rid of any trojans / virus first though
