Ok, now post your xunleashed settings on the options tab.

Launch Path: D:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\PlayOnlineViewer\pol.exe

DXFile (Hook1) : polboot.exe
DXFile (Hook2) : FFXMain.dll

Checked Boxes:
-windowed
-dialog
-auto update plugins
-display logo
-use random filenamesx
-ignore directinput

Unchecked Boxes:
-alternate hooking
-anti-detection
-force redraw
-hook dx7

all the plugins have a version number

To play ffxi, you must hook pol.exe in the hook1 field.

when i first started Xunleashed, the default was polboot.exe

I've had a lot of problems with the reliability of xunleashed.

For ffxi it does not always launch the game in windowed mode, and i;ve found that if you have it set up to play windowed, and it does not create it in windowed mode, that something w/ xunleashed went wrong and you will need to close both the game and xunleashed and start xunleashed again.

In my experience I have to do this 50% of the time I launch xunleashed.

Some other aggravating problems i have had is the "can't create worker thread while shutting down" error that makes xunleashed stop working, and another problem in which it is unable to stop a script through f12, which leads to the previously described problem.

Are you also clicking the dialogue box? Currently to play in windowed mode you must check window & dialogue.

Yes, you must (until it is fixed) check BOTH windowed and dialog if you want windowed mode.

I don't have to check dialog for FFXI, however it does run in the dialog mode.. IE: Borderless/Titlebarless window.

Yes because it's bugged, however if it loses focus it'll try to add a titlebar and stuff and FFXI will crash.

Nah, you can read the reply here, not gonna get your spam.
Anyway, you can't PK in FFXI. PvP is allowed in specific areas during scheduled events.

If you want to spend your time griefing I suggest WoW.
