How to cancel subscription : FFXI General Discussions

Can you tell me how. I would also like to be refunded since I have only been a member for 1 month. No info avalable on website and the email address in the account verification email does not exist (Jeff_Beavers@baylor.edu) Email bounces when trying to send there. The software is bloatware at best and frequently crashes POL and has erros itself. I figured I'd give this a shot but not worth it at all.

You can cancel your paypal subscription at any time. You can also request a refund for your current payment within 15 days of the transaction.

To cancel your paypal subscription, log into paypal, and click on history. Select Search by Subscriptions for the past year. It should show up. Click on the active subscription, and then on cancel.
