1st you need to find the Offering. But if you look no one tells you what the offering is.

Its like a sick joke and then you find the item and you get the joke lol NOT.

You have to look around the Temple of Uggalepih until you find ??? well once you check this ??? mark you get an Item called Offering to Uggalepih. Aint it so funny .

Get it they tell you to get the offering and someone ask what is the offering so the answer the offering. Yeah some people have all the fun.

Anyway after getting the Offering of Uggalepih <-- (People this is the item you need to spawn the NM its an ITEM). you need to find the prelate key dropped by Tonberry Stabber. After this you find the room and trade the Offering of Uggalepih your NM will pop. From what I read the NM will drop the Mitts every time.

I hope this helps others. The NM is lvl 75 Summoner so you need a strong party of 75 tank and 75 DD and others take 6 at least. Its not hard but not too easy so dont under estimate him.

Also it has a Rare drop of Light Spirit Scroll so you might want to fight him more than once GOOD GIL so bring a Thief for TH2.

Yes, the mitts are 100% drop, i think light spirit is a 15% drop, and just be warned, he is a 75 NM, so stronger than a normal 75 mob, and his carby does searing light 3 times, even if you kill it, he'll resummon him and do it again, it does good AOE dmg, if i remember correctly, it did 1200 to our mages (they had no gear on though) so light resistant gear can help

That has a really easy solution (that when forgotten has awful consequencies in Dynamis):

Sleep the avatar.

Carby is the light avatar (blinding flash of the obvious)
Sleep spells are dark based (another blinding flash of the obvious) [BRD Lullaby is light based, just in case someone still wonders why BRDs can sleep undead and bats and BLMs can't)
BLM has 4 Sleep spells, RDM 3 if subbing BLM (god, I can't see!)
An slept avatar's Astral Flow is worth a sausage (Now I'm truly Master Of The Obvious)

So... If you don't know what to do, sleep the avatar.
If you haven't casted anything for the last 30 secs and the trigger happiness threatens to take over... cast Sleep on the avatar.
If you have some MP you don't know what to do with... Sleep the avatar.
If the battle is taking too long and you wake up after a boredom induced microsleep, first thing you do? Yes, you've got it, hit the Sleep macro and sleep the avatar.
In a nutshell, sleep the avatar.
To make a long story short... sleep the avatar.
Did I mention that sleeping the avatar could be helpful?

Do you think I'm repeating myself? Well, after one zillion Dynamis runs I still die from searing lights. With about 30 BLMs/RDMs in alliance, still someone fogets to SLEEP THE !@#$%^&* AVATAR!

I heard that the Fight is really easy even though it is a LVL 75 SMN NM.

Yes I read that the NM will do Searling Light about 3 times. But in a PTY its only about 200 damge or less.

Its an easy fight but Please come prepared. A lvl 60 can pop the NM and live that is the point I was trying to make. But you need LVL 75 help. At Least a PTY worth. Form the reading you do not need an ALLIENCE but it might be good to bring one incase of aggress or just to have more than once chance at gettting the Light Spirit Scroll which is worth about
1M to 500K gil in Ifrit I dont remeber. I might be even more than 1M. Dont quote me since i dont remeber. But its worth getting.

worth about 350k on valefor, nifty spirit i think, can raise at lvl 40
