 How to increase meal duration in Conquest areas (Exploit) : FFXI General Discussions

Saving that Ambrosia for that special party? Parties to unreliable? Soloing instead? Wish there was a way to increase the duration of that expensive food you've been saving in the low level conquest areas? Well fear not because there is!!!
Since Allied notes are very easy to come by (you can get almost a thousand of them for less than 5 minutes worth of work) I recommend getting Sigil with the increased meal duration option. Eat your food, warp back to the conquest area, (lvl 17 BLM or Warp item required) get signet and your food will still last double the normal length while having signet on.
