I had a player in a drunken rage in my party. She started bad mouthing my friend, yeah my friend was sucking pretty hardcore but they had a 2 year break. I told the B&%^# to just chill and wait for her to get the hang of the game again. But she would not shut her drunken @$$ mother F&$^in mouth. So i booted her, and she started bad mouthin me, and threatened to put on the players watch thread on alla, and I just laughed in her face. Im on there too, and I felt the need to tell the idiots there to not talk to this B(*%& b.c she will probably be drunk and taking it in the.... well nevermind getting of track. Anyway.... yeah, that place is for R-tards that dont know that 1+1=chair.

well, I'm an atheist. I guess that brands me with the stereotype that follows atheists. Hopefully that will change one day.

So yeah... I dont know where i wanted to go with this... just felt like typing it ^^;;
yeah, I was agnostic for a while, but after a lot of thinking and some studying I decided to go atheist. The problem is that many people (including me for a time) are too afraid of what their families, their friends, and society will think of them if they are atheists, or even agnostic. My philosophy is literally "F*ck-em" If anyone wont accept me for not: believing theres a floating entity with an unlimited supply of knowledge and seemingly endless power that forces you to worship him in the 100 years that you live and if you don't he'll punish you for all eternity; thats totally fine. friend or family, it doesn't matter. If they get in my face, i get right back in theirs. People are incredibly stupid and don't understand this country is founded under the basis of freedom of religion, or therefore lack of.
Unfortunately, my parents are also afraid of what society thinks, or they think their doing a service to me, or they don't think I'm smart enough to choose my own religion (tying into freedom of religion) and they force me to go to church, and now their forcing me to get confirmed. I'm pretty close to being kicked out though, as it has become a last resort for me to get myself from not getting confirmed, seeing as talking, reasoning, and logic have all failed thus far.
I'm done for now. I ponder this kind of crap all day long.

I've drained myself thinking for hours on end about it. I can't really explain it about what I do and don't believe in. I have had many if you will "spiritual" experiences, basically stuff that happens very rarely or maybe just once in my life, and leaves me to wonder if there is a higher "being" because I have no other thing to explain it. Then that leads me to the thought, thats why man created religion, to explain the things that happen that are unexplained... thats what every religion created does, because man is afraid to know that there is something out there that cant be explained or put into words so we make lame @$$ religions to give us a false sence of security. Now im gunna be thinking about all of this for the next hour or so... bah

you pretty much hit it dead on. God is a form of control and understanding, nothing more. The whole story is just ludicrous when you think about it. don't get me wrong, I LIKE the ideals of most religions; that your supposed to be good and help out one another, but it ends there. To really see whats going on, you have to take a step back, think logically and look at your particular religion with unbiased eyes. Ill try to illustrate my point:
1. Ancient civilizations and nomadic groups all KNEW thier religion was right, but we know polytheistic religions are wrong now, and if they were not polytheistic, they were still wrong because how could they be right?
2. The Egyptians all KNEW that their religion was right. But everyone knows that its a bunch or crap. How could something so ridiculous be true?
3. The Greeks KNEW their religion was right, but now we all KNOW its completely wrong.
4. The Romans were sure they were right, but they're no different than the Greeks.
5. And now we all KNOW were right. but from time proven patterns, I think we all know whats coming next, unless your blind to an obvious truth.
Humans are good at seeing patterns, but only when they want to. The only things these religions provide are:
1. understanding of things that don't make sense.
2. someone to blame when things go wrong
3. someone to talk to, or to ask questions of.
4. control
when it boils down to it, it is all about control. God is a way to control things you don't understand. God is someone to blame, or talk to. God is control.
These things are positive though, right? Wrong, especially when you have a big following: power is abused and people die. Basic rights are taken away, and learning and science and math are demoted. Look at history, it happens time and time again. There is a obtrusive pattern if you look for it.
