Plz help your fellow Premium member : FFXI General Discussions

okay i just paid for the premium services yesturday and i was wondering if some cud plz point me in the direction of were to go that cud explain to me how to work it. i already launched it i've been to the options part and i selected my games then i try to go to the XUnleashed tab to click PLAY the game starts up but after i get past the Playonline part and i'm starting to enter the real game it just crashes b 4 it can go into fullscreen
