What do you guys like better for FFXI? Ps2 or Computer? I'll give my explanation, I'm on the fence, which is why I'm asking. Ps2 has better graphics if you have a crappy graphics card but on the other hand you can't watch TV while playing. I have XI for both and at first I liked the Ps2 more but now im questioning it. There are so many advantages to the computer. Ohh I almost forgot that you can't be on this forum or look up guides if your on the computer ^^

lol well, the way I do it is when i need to bot I got to my computer. When I want to play for fun I play on Playstation 2. I know most would probably like computer better but w/e my graphics cars sucks so I turn to my PS2 and with the monster cables along with my nice TV it has a nice graphics/resolution combo ^^

I have a 256M video card and it far surpasses the PS2 graphics.

I run my Ps2 through S Video and thier is just no comparison. I can run my Comp through the TV too and the monitor is just made better.

Only way to get the PS2 even close is to use a HDTV using the WdieScan ports. If you have that much money might as well by a decent Computer too.

And I dunno about everyone else but i just can't play this game with a controller. i don't use the windower b/c i have my laptop and my desktop if i need to be looking up something i'll be on my desktop with my 256 graphics and be looking stuff up on the laptop anyways..

ps2- I definitley notice a decrease in graphics from pc to ps2 but I enjoy playing the games on a tv with a game controller rather than on the pc with a keyboard
