Recreating FFXI combat menu : FFXI General Discussions

I'm working on trying to play with creating a mmorpg just for fun. I liked how ffxi combat menu was set up and been looking for the help on recreating its menu. Does anyone have any idea on the code or something that could possible help me with recreating the combat menu?
