Script Problems : FFXI General Discussions

About a month ago I had to reformat the computer Xunleashed is on, and after I installed everything I went to install Xunleashed and Xufish. Now all I get is "All scripts stopped". I've tried the suggestions in the Faq, and other advice from farious posts for about a month. I'm really at the end of my rope. If someone could help me out I'd apprieciate it alot.

The error your describing is near the bottom.

If your talking about the question and answer part of "I start my scripts, and then i get an "All scripts stopped" error" I've already tried the suggestion. I'm still having the same problem.

Perhaps somebody else knows the answer, your the first I've seen where the solution in the FAQ did not work.

reboot, and make sure you are running the dx8 test when you do the thing in the faq.

I did, and I'm still having the same problem. The I even get the "all scripts stopped" while doing the test

if you are running the dx8 test config, and cant get the mouse demo script to run, you have a different problem. More than likely then it is antivirus related. Uninstall your AV program and give it another try.

I don't have any AV programs installed on this computer yet, I just reformatted. The mouse demo works for about 1 second, then stops all scripts.
