Yes, you get banned when they see you.

The only way you could possibly get banned for that is if you were AFK, a GM /tell'd you, and you did not answer him, but you continued to cast spells. That would be considered AFK botting and THAT would lead to a ban... Since SE can NOT read things on your computer, you're safe with just having it.

Yea, but when SE see you porting from zone to zone, they catch ya too.

No. "porting from zone to zone" is a perfectly normal action.

The "Tele Bot" is something that invites people and then casts one of the 6 Teleport Spells (Dem, Mea, Holla, Yhoat, Vhalz, Altepa)

You're talking about something completely different called "POS" which warps YOUR CHARACTER ONLY from any zone to anywhere in any zone. Luckily for those dumb enough to use it, it's nerfed now...
