I have been working on getting XU to run for sometime now.
I have everything figured out. Windowed perfectly, XU loads...
Whenever I run ANY script, it freezes up FFXI and I have to terminate through taskmanager Processes...
Any help would be GREAT!
If not then I would like to talk to an admin about my account.
I just want to fish ^^;

Do you have an antivirus or firewall program running?

I have a simple firewall by sysgate, but it has never interfered with anything. I've allowed access on all levels for XU. I will try disabling it and see if that helps. Post soon to follow.

Try running the dx8 test config.
Also try running ffxi in full screen mode.
If you are using windowed, be SURE you check BOTH windowed AND dialog checkboxes.
Uncheck the TCPIP Packet sniffer.

What OS are you using?
Did full screen do the same thing?
Do you have antivirus installed? Zonealarm, etc?

you can send a PM to Admin, I suggest you check the FAQ for the site, it has all the information you need for a refund.
Sorry to see you go!
