The one that bigtex23 posted works just fine. However it was all "???" so I used a resource editor to put it in english and now it works fine.

Hello Everyone this is my 1st post after 24hrs of being with this very interesting Website.

My question is with Fleetool is there and area the files have to be in order for it to work. I get to pop up the program but when I activate Flee or any other my character still runs @ normal speed

Has anyone tried the one last posted by John... I tried it and got real paranoid...

I scanned it.. I ran it.. everything seemed fine.. then I tried flee and the app just shut down.. but right after that the only other guy in area, whom I believe is an RMT and has never paid any attention to me in the past came up and examined me. I never moved anywhere so it's not as if I flee'd past him or anything, I don't even think I was in view when I tried the app initially.

Just made me feel very strange... so I shutdown and logged back in only to find NM had popped as I was doing so... yay for me...

yeah johns keeps exiting out of the app, but sandwhale's works perfectly fine for me, just is that all the text r ?'s.
