Red Mage Refresh Macro : FFXI Submissions

Tired of engaging the monster then using a macro to cast refresh and having your macro saying something like "Casting Refresh on Hoo Mjuu The Torrent" ?
well here's the macro for you
exactly in this order is how ive found it works best
/ma "Refresh" <stpc>
/p Casting Refresh on <lastst>
/wait 22 <--- this might be less but i leave it cuz its about when i get around to recasting anyways.
/p Refresh Ready~!

if you feel this is good enough to merit a free membership then thats great! ^^ but now noone will have to have their macros say they are casting a party buff spell on a monster!
