You can walk into the water and behind selbina in Valkurm Dunes. Go to F-9 and look for the trees, you have to push your way through them (keep running at them even if you dont go through) go through the one that looks like an arch, then POP! your through. Thats it now you can run around and tell people you are drowning. lol. have fun if you are a mage you can cast from the water too.
