i think even though its community wise.. certain known respectable people should be picked that only have the ability to vote.. i agree with sum dumb submissions getting premium. i think its just friends trying to get there friends or sumone trying to get another premium instead of extending so they can vote for themselves and such... maybe something can be worked out with
