Tired of farming? -- Easy farm cash using POS! : FFXI Submissions

Are you low on level? Is your job 30 and do you need to get that new piece of equipment which you can't pay for?

Use POS and farm Silk! You can EASILY kill these Crawlers. In Tahrongi Canyon there is one Crawler with each tree. I've stored the POS for each tree in Pos.dat for the POS Tool (search the forums for the full POS tool download). Just scroll down to Silk Farming, select a tree and hit Move. Kill the crawler and repeat with every tree. By the time you kill the last one, the first one should almost pop back so you can just repeat this. Sure, it's not the fastest way to make cash but it sure is easy farming!

I'd say nay - the idea isn't new, and likely to get you banned within minutes unless you're a WHM, RDM, or NIN and invis before every warp.. even then it won't fool someone competing with you for the crawlers.

Now, if you submitted a POS-list for chests and coffers in a few zones... that would be very useful, and I don't think anyone's done that yet.

If you guys get caught pos warping your idiots. I dont even use invis when I do it and I never get caught, Yes ive been using it for long time Id say everyday for 8 months+. I move all over the place using it. Ive even used your fish bot here while talking to a GM it was funny. Some gil sellers were mpk peeps behidn me and someone called GM so GM comes by and is asking what happend and he talks to me sense im the only person who spoke english there I guess. I caught a cave cherax and he write to me saying RIGHT ON cave cherax we bs for about 15 min and he goes on his way. Your not going to get caught using this stuff unless you do very rediculous stuff, like trying to get caught. If you pos warp from tree to tree your nto going to get caught. The GM's dont sit in the zone with radar detectors looking for people speeding or teleporting all over the place. Just dont get caught from someone in the zone. Have you ever watched someone pos jump? When they move to the point they were going to they just appear like they just logged on or something. Just set your value to 20 on top and 20 on bottom hit your pos jump and youll be fine. If you leave your value at 1 or so yeah you look like you tele.


I say YAh give it to him, Atleast he took the effort out of his time to do something to help other people. Its better then half of you guys who have nothing better to do with your time then to come on here and put down everyone who trys to do something for people when you yourselfs arent doing anything to contribute. I was caught once when I warped in Valkurm; no people were around me, or the position to which I warped. Suddenly, however, I was taken to GM jail.

You should know that, oftentimes, GMs do sit in zones. When you contact a GM, they will (often) appear by you (unless they are already 'investaging' something else). If a GM is 'by' a player, and sees you warp, or, maybe, was just chilling in that particular spot, you will get suspended. If someone sees you warping around, calls a GM, and the GM follows you around, eventually noticing that you are, indeed, hacking, you will be suspended, as well.

It has nothing to do with mental capicity; it's simply luck. Some people do it on and off and never get caught, others get caught the same day they first try it. You've been fortunate, but don't jinx it.

Contributing nothing at all is much better than contributing worthless material.

nay (3 nays time to lock). getting caught is completly random. yes if you teleport a great distance there is a chance you will be caught because the server DOES flag you but a GM does not always respond to it and ignores most of them. randomly a GM may be in a zone or helping someone else and see it
