First you need a shamman to give you water walking, then you will need a Speed pot and a fast swim pot. Have the Shammy cast a water walk on you when you reach the dark water and then run untill you are totally fatiqued and drink the speed pot this should get you on the beach if not you will be close enough to the beach to rez and make it with the speed swim pot.
