Alright since I am a fellow Cs player I can help j00 out. Search for a program Steam-Down or Non-Steam-Down. It is a program allowing you to ovveride STEAM so you can play every game and every mod. Ill post the link for it soon. Im working on a Beta with VACDisabled, [JAPS], [-RxP-], and Private right now.

Steam-Down P7 is the easiest way to download and play Steam games online.
If you already have Steam installed, just use the installer to convert it to Steam-Down. If you don't have Steam installed, you can do a full install of Steam-Down.
