Location: There are 2 brothers. They are both twins. They are both born on the same day.

On the level Crows Nest, progress until you your reach the tube part where drones fly back and forth trough the tunnels.

Before you jump down the hole, you look down. walk up and just when your falling down, move back. You should land on a platform.

Go through the tunnel and you should see The Grunt Birthday party skull on a circle.
