this is extremely common knowledge, but i figured i'd make sure it's on here anyways.
if someone is trying to escape from you in pvp, you can just use the /face command to instantly turn to their position.
just do "/face [targetname]"
it's most useful by making a macro that will perform the /face command at the press of a button, so you can just hold down your 'run forward' key while pressing you Face button. You'll automatically run straight to your enemy's position.
alot of people like to use /face in conjunction with /follow command, but it's not as good imo because Follow is broken by hyperjump or any change in elevation.

yeah that would be...
/macro face /face; /follow;
Or you can just use /face and hit the numlock key.
Though, Devs are attempting to correct this. The first attempt to do so has not gone over so well from what I hear. Just as /addwaypoint has been disabled for hostile targets expect the same to happen with the /face /follow combo in the near future.

This has been officially removed, but here's the entire story:
It has actually been around for a damn long time, and wasn't a real problem at all until a bit after addwaypoint, as addwaypoint was much more effective, obviously. For the past six weeks or so it's been of high debate lately on the forums and between The Collective and Fallen Horizon of the Recursion server.
They removed the macro and the /face command all together two weeks ago, but it then moved on to the actual keybind of /face, which was still just as effective.
As of today, the keybind was removed, and the /face era is over.
