Since my premium account is coming due soon, and I'm not going to be able to pay up for it, I thought I'd post this in an attempt to get another year, wish me luck.

Unlike some of the things I've read here this is my own workand is also posted on the official MXO website, Though I have updated this since that was originally posted.

~LOW AVERAGES~
Performs well in given area but still flexible to change loadouts to some similar areas with averaged bonuses.

loadout type: Belief, Percep, Reason, Focus, Vitality
Hacker: 22, 15, 22, 15, 15 (Belief, Reason – Spy, Proxy Master)
Spy: 15, 22, 22, 15, 15 (Perception, Reason – Hacker, Gunman)
Gunman: 15, 22, 15, 22, 15 (Perception, Focus – MA, Spy)
MA: 22, 15, 15, 22, 15 (Belief, Focus – Gunman, Utility Master)

Jack of all: 15, 15, 15, 15, 29 (Vitality, note: weak in 1on1 combat, but equal bonuses across the board.)


~HIGH AVERAGES~
improved accuracy, reduced damage, Improved Vitality, averaged weaknesses, less successfull at changing loadouts.

loadout type: Belief, Percep, Reason, Focus, Vitality
Hacker: 20, 12, 25, 12, 20
Spy: 12, 25, 20, 12, 20
Gunman: 12, 20, 12, 25, 20
MA: 25, 12, 12, 20, 20


~EXTREMES~
further improved accuracy, no change to damage or Vitality, noticeable weaknesses, least flexible to change loadouts.

loadout type: Belief, Percep, Reason, Focus, Vitality
Hacker: 20, 11, 30, 8, 20
Spy: 8, 30, 20, 11, 20
Gunman: 8, 20, 11, 30, 20
MA: 30, 11, 8, 20, 20

The definition of each of ^these^ Attributes ishere, and how they effect your abilities in game here

Now over the past few months I've come to understand that vitality isn't as important as I once thought it would be, and untill some changes are made it won't be all that important to most people. As a result I have devised that the best, balanced Stats set is as follows...

loadout type: Belief, Percep, Reason, Focus, Vitality
Hacker: 28, 11, 28, 11, 11
Spy: 11, 28, 28, 11, 11
Gunman: 11, 28, 11, 28, 11
MA: 28, 11, 11, 28, 11

This will give you equally balanced weaknesses, and your areas of importance ( accuracy & damage ) though not capped, are easily high enough to be competitve. They can also be raised a few percents with clothing, quite easily. Also, the use of proper tactics in combat will counter balance this minor deficiencies in attribute bonuses.

As you know tactics are now an always on buff. They effect every attack you use, every one, including hacks. The tactic you use will more greatly effect your accuracy or defense than a few more points or percents of bonus. It works tha same way it did in the old system only now it affects more.

Opponent using - You use
Speed ( blue ) - Grab (green )
Grab ( green ) - Power ( red )
Power ( red ) - Speed ( blue )

Many people only use Speed & Grab tactics, meaning that 50% of the time they are vulnerable to Power tactics. I have found that if I alter my tactics each free fire round I seem to hit more often, or I can find the tactic the opponent is weakest against. Though, in interlock it is important to watch the system chat and take care to use the tactic that will give you the best advantage over the other guy. Be warned though, good interlock fighters will change tactics almost as fast as you can. Practice this technique, learn to predict what tactic the enemy is using. After all predictable people get sent to the loading area, fast!

alot of it is common knowledge, but most mxo players, including 50s, don't know how Influences affect them. good guide for beginning/intermediate players.

yay.

you should definitely better explain exactly what the first part of your guide is. alot of people might not know which attributes are which when you just list them like "20 20 20 20 20 20".

It was not really common knowledge 7-8 months ago when CR2.0 was released. But, yeah this should be most useful to beginning players.

Duely noted and corrected, I think. I have moved the "key" to the top of each stats schema and underlined it, hope that helps.
