Admin Refund PLs : General Discussion

Hi Admin, i would love a refund, Please check your email/ Fourms Messenger for info and details if u want more details just give me a reply Thank You. i know there is a 15 day trial, but No reply yet so far from you on the refund.

I suggest you get to it as soon as possible.

I sent PM to Admin asking refund at Jun 09, but its still in Outbox(means he didn't read it yet..)
is it normal? (dealing with tons of pms?) or should i send pm again?

I can't use paypal buyer claim cuz somehow I screwed up while answering question and paypal thinks its closed case.

Try resending it, sometimes people miss a PM and when you get a lot of them like Admin does sometimes those hide on pages far back.

Aka, just resend if he doesn't reply in a few workdays.

Hello,
I need help as well. I have paid and verified payment for service and I can not download anything or post anywhere but in this general forum. Everytime I try to download I get "Sorry, but only Premium Subscription Members can download files in this category." so I go ahead and click on the "Please upgrade to premium" link which re-directs me to a "If you're registered member, please login. If you're not, you may signup here." I click on the login link which re-directs me again to a page that shows "Your subscriptions" and here it shows that my current subscription is "Premium Membership Subscription". Sent the Admin a PM but no replies as of yet. I have checked the Knowledge Base and nothing there is relivent to my situation.
Please Help... :cry:

Did you try the knowledge base link on the left? There are instructions there on how to ask for an automatic refund. (I mean, since Admin didn't even reply to your PM the automatic refund will probably be more reliable. ;))
