while they do say it was the bush administration bush did not push for this at all, just an environmentalist group wanted this and pushed for it and then put it on the bush administration. gotta love the people who work under someone push it on the "big guy"

hmm, sounds ok on paper, but its going to really hurt a lot of people in real life methinks. I dont like where the USA is headed, weve !@#$%^&* up to many times, were falling behind on education, and to top it off nuclear energy is a complete hell-no.
