                  | does anyone know how to breathe underwater with a metal ladder? cuz i know its possible but i cant figure out how.

If your underwater at the bottom of a utility ladder then I guess you could run a plastic tube up one of the legs...
 If your referring to one of those public pool type ladders then I think they are a solid tube to start with......so you unplug the end under water and make sure there is hole in the tube above water.

                  | Oh yes, i use to find hollow pool ladders when i was a kid and breath through them at the botton and freak my parents out
