U can replace sinister strike with this macro and if u press it spam sinister ..till u have 5combo points then with next press the macro cast eviscerate

i found it usefull when i play with swords

you can get to the correct section for the game you are posting for, which i think is World of Warcraft, by using the forum jump on the bottom of the screen.
