how do i get to the forum where you request for free premium?

Someone may correct me if I'm wrong but there is no such forum. You simply post your exploit in the appropriate game forum and the people test your exploit. Then if it meets their standards(which I have no clue about what there standards are) then you get a free membership based upon how good the exploit is.
