In the macro macro workshop prog(or whatever its called), how do u make a macro that presses the "u" key then clicks on the screen of the open window when u press alt+1? I kno how to make the triger i just dont kno the code u would write for pressing u key and clicking.

Not 100% of what your after, but ...
Keys @{TAB} ////(will tab to the last window) Keys u ////(will hit the U Key) LeftClick ////(will do a mouse Left click)
