Hello,

I was in the process of placing my order when I was taken back when the price suddenly made a change on me at checkout. Plastered in your advertising is $3.95 -- Singup for $3.95! Even when you fill out the form to upgrade membership it says $3.95. There is no mention of a "setup fee" anywhere on the upgrade member form. You only see this "setup fee" of $14.95 when you redirect to paypal for processing.

Now quite honestly that screams deception! Minimum it's bad advertising strategy, and you just come out as being an just being a flat out !@#$%^&*. Thats my reaction when I see advertising like this. You can't tell me that is not done on purpose. This leads me to believe if you're going to be deceptive on your pricing you would have no qualms about being deceptive on your product claims itself.

Now, if you would of showed me that $14.95 up front instead of trying to hide it, I would of not thought twice about paying for your product again. Now, however, I'll be looking at your competition before I make up my mind on where I will spend my hard earned dollar.

Just a side note: There is mention of a setup fee IF you don't have an account already setup. However, there is still NO mention of the price.

(!empty($user->lang['QUOTE'])) ? $user->lang['QUOTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'QUOTE'))):
Note - There may be a small one time setup fee for new members.

May be a small fee.. Where does it explain which accounts don't get charged a setup fee? I don't see anything linked that would explain to me how much the setup fee is. Which accounts will be charged a setup fee and which will not?

Yet again, you only see fee amount mentioned when you forward to paypal for processing. How this type of advertising can be good for your sales conversions is beyond me.

In no way do we decieve members. Its stated there will be a setup fee. The amount is 14.95. Then you are forwarded to paypal which shows you your payment method. Then once again they show you a confirmation of it.

Its not as if we are saying there is no set up fee. Its posted there. We have nothing to hide and for some reason you are trying to come across as if we are trying to scam members.

Furthermore we give members a refund if they dont like what we have.

I think you are just looking into it to much and seeing it in the wrong context.

Then sir, I would say you do not read your own copy. You have two sign up pages. The first page where a new user would click on “sign up” and a second page where members/free members can “upgrade” their membership.

Your first sign up page states

(!empty($user->lang['QUOTE'])) ? $user->lang['QUOTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'QUOTE'))):
Premium Membership ($3.95)
One Month access to TaultUnleashed.com includes the following: TaultUnleashed Forums: Most active Exploit, Guide, Macro, Bot, and Program Forum on the net. Xunleashed: In Game Botting, Radars, Macroing, and More!!! Exhume: Out of Game Botting, Radars, Macroing, and More!!! Note - There may be a small one time setup fee for new members.

Yes, you state there may or may not be a setup fee. It does not state which accounts will be charged a fee NOR does it state the price of the fee as you claim it does. You are shown the price when you proceed to your paypal processing page. You obviously didn't even take the time to look at the page before responding to this post.

You will find the “upgrade” to premium membership link on the top right when you are loged in your free/membership account.

(!empty($user->lang['IMAGE'])) ? $user->lang['IMAGE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'IMAGE')))

Let’s take a look, there is NO mention of a setup fee at all, no $14.95 to be seen anywhere on the page. The only price listed is $3.95. Yet, when you go to order you are met with your paypal process page that is putting the $14.95 on the price tag.

We dont say may or may not be. The thing is for the time being there is a fee in the future we are working on editing those numbers hence the may part.

As for the upgrade part its not our situation to edit that. That is solely how our software runs it shows that. In no way did we purposely edit it.

Also if you go into paypal when you are paying it says 14.95 for first month. Then you have to confirm the payment as well. So all in all its not like we are saying we will only charge you 3.95 and then we charge you 14.95 without you knowing. It bluntly states it there.

You are acting like the 14.95 isnt going to help the site. The whole reason we did it was for our botting programs. We have hired more programmers so we can have one full time on every game. Whats funny is you want to join solely for eq2 bots. The 14.95 is to actually pay thier salary then the 3.95 takes care of site fees ect ect.
