renderer creatin error : General Discussion

I'm VERY new to all this....I've bought 2 games & have downloaded them & I get the Cannot create renderer error on both of them>>>>>>What should I do ??????????

make sure u have newest version of directx that happend for one of my games maybe that will fix your problem if not just tryin to help so give her a try

edit: make sure you have latest vid card drivers as well.

If you posted which games they were it might help a little. I.E. other people might have had the same problem
