the reminiscing of an old fool : General Discussion

I was going to originally post this in Priston Tale but wanted it to be for a more wider audience to hear it and maybe help me out



Last time i saw/used an exploit for this game was with my old hacking clan ppl may remember Uber1337 Anubis9901 and Spkie43, old accounts destroyed by now Uber1337 was banned like 4 times over hehehe, we had some fun skinhacking and fing around with admins then flaming people reporting us on the boards while having a good laugh over ventrilo, i still have an account which i wont talk about naturally, but i havent seen a 3rd party exploit/hack nonpatchied since the chinese left the server, lag was gone which was a plus, but i did have some good chinese friends who i miss some of them part of our lil fun house lol.

We had trainers going 24/7 and skinhacks and pot dupes and one of us(not me) hacked the server once and gave us each like 50mil to do whatever we wanted, then i moved on to ko and spkie went off somewhere else, we just now rejoined as a team, took me a good week to track down his new msn sn now im in swg and silk road(both getting old gonna prolly get D&D) hacking and exploiting isnt as fun as it used to be when i was 13-16, now im 18 and i think i grew up a bit cuz i go around in a skin hack nowadays and feel dumb(not to mention the actual weapons and items are actually implemented now lol, even if i am level 1 running around with what looks like them lol), i miss the old days anyone have any advice for an old i guess you could say unofficial myg0t(lol) on how to make it fun again, maybe its just i got mature, i dont know but there has to be a new fun thing to do with all the rescources available, im hoping for the next groundbreaking mmorpg(not wow, cartoony graphics arent my thing, and coh/v is a cartoon in earnest, not even gonna comment on toontown)

In terms of the great korean mmos, theyre just staying korean, and the japanese ones doing the same, what i wouldnt have done to play the gundam mmo, i was about to move to japan because of all the games that never reach the shores of the US, but then realized i dont speak a word of japanese and it would be troublesome to learn a new language for one aspect(albiet a good aspect) even on CS the people use the same insults and everything just like the first time i played on de_dust at 13 owned a whole ct team with a ump out of a complete fluke got called a hacker and was given the classic message on cs "kicked by console", i was pissed so i went to read wtf a "hack" tried logging on "wonid is banned from server"(or somin like that) got one of the many public account floating around on the net changed my key tried again and the guys banned my ip as well so i flipped changed my ip(its sad i didnt know what a hack was yet i could change my mac address at that time lol) went in put on a speed thing and knifed the server so fast with an aimbot that the admin didnt even know what happened did it 3 times before the !@#$%^&* realized i was the only one alive for more than 5 seconds at game start before i typed /kill then i opened my mouth yelled owned and never rejoined the server.

i think back and chuckle 2 years ago id have fallen off my chair just thinking of that, niot to mention the current game drought that ive noticed hl2 if i remember was the last game i about trampled people to get , even me a devout quake fan halfheartedly pirated it wasnt my usual manic search for a faster download lol, is it possible that im growing up, or just that its that no games as of yet have made my jaw drop, eldar scrolls oblivian made it hang open a second and im getting that game over anything now, but what am i gonna do make a skinhack on a 1 player game and hope a npc scream hacker and the townsfolk all grab pitchforks and chase after a guy now dressed as a jester going 10x normal speed laughing maniacally(i did enjoy theiving at around 10x speed on eldar scrolls 3), its not as fun without the idiots that flame you, but im getting a game for once just to play it and not see what i can do to "pw|\| j00 n00b13 |)3\/5", i just kinda want to know if its just me and finally growing to maturity(scary thought that i call myself mature), or is it that the games arent as fun to exploit and that people need to come up with new insults lol
