Level 40 Skill Books : Hero Online Discussions

Just wondering, does any one know wat level i need to get the lvl 40 sword skill book to to get full use of all the skills in it. From what i know there is 5 skills in it and i currently have 24 or 25 skill points at lvl 39 (8% so more skill points coming)

but yer, does any one know what lvl i need to get the book to to enable me to use all the skills in it.

I was actually wondering the same thing xD. Im lv 39 also, and I've just been saving points waiting for the book.

arond 70 skill point or so if i remembered correctly.
