Account Management Changes : Hero Online News

In an effort to increase account security due to the many hacking issues that we have received, we will be changing the "manage account" page.

Starting from October 9th, we will be removing the following information from the account management page:

-First Name
-Last Name
-Gender
-Birthdate
-Security Question
-Security Answer

In order to change your password, you will need to provide the removed information in a separate page.

Before we make the aforementioned changes, PLEASE remember to keep the "removed" information in a safe place! If you forget the information required to change your password, we may NOT be able to restore your account.
