Dear e-Gamers,
We have received several reports of players that have yet to receive their items redeemed from e-Gift due to not keying in their Character Details.
Please make sure the following are done:
1) Accurate Character Details has been keyed in after redemption.
2) Items can only be inserted into the characters of the same account.
3) Enable your pop up blocker to allow pop ups from e-Gift if you have one
Once the above is done, please give us a period of one (1) week after date of redemption to insert the items.
How do I key in the Character Details?
After successfully redeeming the item(s) from e-Gift, proceed with the following steps:
1) Go to "Redemption History"
2) Click on "Pending Character Info"
3) A pop up will emerge (Allow Pop Up if you have a blocker)
4) Key in the Character Name & Server.
5) Click Submit
