well actually this wasn't a fraud and a perfectly legal action when looking at paypalls terms of service...
but anyway, you won't know if you don't try weather this works or not...

msg deleted, I just pay the damn premium and hope that I like what I get for my money

heh.. hes lieing.. they call that fraud buddy and get banned and also get reported to their credit card company..
