Suggestion for Submissions Section : KO Submissions

No, this is not a submission for premium, this is a suggestion for this section of the forum


We need to have a rules on posting, theres way to many people posting things that are not even an exploit or related to anything whatsoever... theres about 30 of them telling you how to bypass non-premium users msg..

we do have rules on posting submissions.

and non premium members cant read anything in this secion but their own posts, so posting a sticky wouldnt do any good.
