Can't get it to start : KO Guide Discussion

Ok, I have tried everything to gte my KO client working. I know i have all the requirements but when i start it I can start bthe the Xtrap comes up and i get a warning and i click heal and the x trap would stop loading. So i try to load KO again and the same thing happens. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the client but i gte the same thing.
