In LOL you can sometimes bug the system to get someone elses runes. You just need to set up a queue with one other friends. Then wait for when the queue starts. If done correctly sometimes the game will bug out and give you the same rune page that they have.

Note this needs more testing because some players have said it wont work while others claim it is working. If its just cosmetic this can be moved to guides.
