I can tell thats my best character to play with and best champion ingame imo ( atleast she gave me alot of fun )

Some info about her:

On her world, Anivia was the protector of the frozen wastes and all those with the spirit to endure in such unforgiving places. She was consulted as a creature of great wisdom, one who could not die and who had seen the world renewed several times. Somehow, Anivia knew that the day would come when she would be plucked from her home and pulled across worlds, and when that day came, she received the call with grace. Seeing the imbalance and injustice on Runeterra, a world lacking elemental protectors, Anivia took residence at the League of Legends.

Anivia is an immortal being of intense power. She can instantly freeze a path in front of her, covering all in its wake with thick frost – she can even force the cold to violently explode, throwing razor sharp ice shards in every direction. She can also concentrate this ability on a single enemy, riddling his flesh with deep frostbite. The cryophoenix can also summon a glacial storm, a blizzard of terrible fury that both harms and slows those within. When defense is needed, Anivia can create an impassible barrier of ice. Furthermore, Anivia can never die. Whenever she is killed, she simply transforms into an egg, waiting to be reborn.

Flash Frost(Active) - Anivia brings her wings together and summons a sphere of ice that flies towards her opponents, chilling and damaging anyone in its path. When the lance explodes it does moderate damage in a radius, stunning anyone in the area.
A massive chunk of ice flies toward target location, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+0.5) damage, slowing movement by 20%, and chilling any enemy it passes through. At the end of its range or if Anivia activates the spell again, the missile detonates, doing 60/90/120/150/180 (+0.5) magic damage in a small area and stunning units for .75 seconds.

Crystalize(Active) - Anivia condenses the moisture in the air into an impenetrable wall of ice to block the movement of her enemies. The wall only lasts a short duration before it melts.
Anivia summons an impenetrable wall of ice 400/500/600/700/800 units wide, blocking all movement. The wall lasts for 5 seconds before it melts.

Frostbite(Active) - Anivia blasts her target with a freezing wind, dealing 55/85/115/145/175 (+0.5) magic damage. If the target has been chilled, they take double damage.

Glacial Storm(Active/Ultimate) - Anivia summons a driving rain of ice and hail to damage her enemies and slow their advance.
Toggle: Anivia calls forth a driving rain of ice and hail, dealing 8 0/120/160 (+0.25) magic damage per second, slowing their movement and attack speed by 20% for 2.5 seconds, and chilling them.

Rebirth(Passive) - Upon dying, Anivia will revert into an egg. If the egg can survive for six seconds, she is gloriously reborn. (best thing if u got Guardian Angel with you http://cdn2.mobafire.com/images/item/guardian-angel.gif Cost : 2600 , UNIQUE Pasive: Rezzing your champion after death with 40% of his life and mana, this artifact can occur only once per 5 minutes.)


For summoner spells i choose these two:
Avilable for level 1:
Ghost (http://edge1.mobafire.com/images/summon ... /ghost.png) - which increases your champion's movement speed by 27 % and adds immunity to collision.

Avilable for level 12:
Flash (http://edge2.mobafire.com/images/summon ... /flash.png) - teleports your champion to place where is placed your cursor (475 range)

First of all in the beginning buy:

Boots of Speed - UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 1 Cost : 350
Upgrade to:
Sorcerer's Shoes - +20 Magic Penetration UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2 Cost : 925 ,or if you already have boots of speed 575

Rod of Ages - +450 Health +525 Mana +60 Ability Power Passive: Your Champion gains 18 Health, 20 Mana, and 2 Ability Power every 1 min. Bonuses cap at +180 Health, +200 Mana, and +20 Ability Power. UNIQUE Passive: On leveling up, restores 250 Health and 200 Mana over 8 seconds. Cost : 3035
Upgrade to:
Kage's Lucky Pick - +25 Ability Power Passive: Gain an additional 5 Gold every 10 seconds. Cost : 3035
Upgrade to:
Deathfire Grasp - +60 Ability Power +10 Mana Regen per 5 Sec UNIQUE Passive: Reduces ability cooldowns by 15%. UNIQUE Active: Deals magic damage to target champion equal to 30% of their current health (+3.5% per 100 Ability Power) with a minimum of 200 damage. 1 minute cooldown. Cost : 600 from rod of ages and 2610 without any item from build.

Rabadon's Deathcap - +155 Ability Power UNIQUE Passive: Increases Ability Power by 30% Cost : 3600 , i prefer to buy first Blasting Wand (+40 Ability power) Cost : 860 to get some power meanwhile gathering gold for that hat.

Banshee's Veil - +375 Health +375 Mana +50 Magic Resist UNIQUE Passive: Blocks one negative spell every 45 seconds. Cost : 2715

Archangel's Staff - +400 Mana +25 Mana Regen per 5 sec +45 Ability Power Passive: 3% of your Max Mana is converted to Ability Power. UNIQUE Passive: Each time your Champion uses an Ability their Maximum Mana will increase by 4 Mana. This effect has a 3 second cooldown. Bonus caps at 1000 mana. Cost : 2855 , with Blasting Wand only 1995.

Ok i think thats all , ofcourse you can try to combine your own items set just go to http://www.leagueoflegends.com/items (official LoL Site) and check the builds etc.

The best way to play with anivia is only teamplay if you want to soloplay dont choose that champion.
Anivia can burst 1-3 players at once if ur lucky but remember that you are like a flying paper (vs Melee)
