Here are the changes planned:

* Removed Mayor and Hometown System. Current Mayors will be removed from power and their additional taxes will be cleared. Players who were previously registered with a town will be registered no longer.
* Removed an additional "War Tax" that was increasing the prices of sold goods throughout Aden.
* Increased AC for Gloves of New King to 3.
* NPC Jason shouldn't still be talking about putting boxes together.
* EXP restorations have also been made due to previous network issues.
