Anyone else getting 300KBPS then dropping to 4.1 randomly? : LOTRO - Discussions

Bittorent was just slow altogether, so I switched to downloader and I was cruising till about 60% when it dropped from 300KBPS to 4.1KBPS yes, 4.1! :(
