well as people noticed this week has been leggier then usual, as more beta accounts are opened the server is stretched to a new limit.
agamour combat bug has been sighted at fornor too.... where will it end...
well maybe at launch when more server are put in....

Yea they ae still doing some stress testing i would assume. Wait till the full release when they get out all the servers.
