There is an issue with moving items from your vault to shared storage. Please refrain from moving an item directly from your vault to shared storage. The item should be in your inventory before placing it into shared storage.

I myself did not get my nimble goat on my main character as many others also reported here: http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?t=305138 I had only one slot open but they sent the stupid bree pony AND the goat the pony taking the only open slot... no goat waiting on bug report

A word about Known Issues
This list covers a range of issues that may impact player experience and expectation. Not all known issues are “bugs.” Some known issues may be working as intended by the development team, but may not function as expected by players.
Known issues may also include minor cosmetic or graphical issues which do not impact gameplay but may create confusion for the player.
This list is not all inclusive. Those issues considered trivial or unlikely to impact player experience are not included. We also do not include known exploits.
Special Note:
Skirmish Lieutenant Slayer deeds can only be completed by players with access to Siege of Mirkwood. If you would like to complete these deeds you will need to upgrade to Siege of Mirkwood.
General
* Upon logging in some players may notice their vitals display has changed. You can reset them in the UI panel in the options menu.
Launcher
* Some players who have played on Bullroarer may encounter an error when launching the live client. To fix this, players should locate and run TurbineRegisterGDF.exe. It is usually located in the base LOTRO install directory.
Shared Storage
* Fishing Trash Loot filter name has a string table error.
* There is an issue with moving items from your vault to shared storage. Please refrain from moving an item directly from your vault to shared storage. The item should be in your inventory before placing it into shared storage.
Mirkwood
* Swift Travel routes are intended to be gated behind Mirkwood deeds, but are currently available to all players. The costs for these routes are also intended to be higher. This will be updated in a later patch.
Quests
* Due to issues with fellowship members being able to get themselves into a badly stuck quest states, the Hilltop Assault quest instance has been made solo-only.
* Mirkwood Landing - "Hilltop Assault" - Players can get stuck if they fall off the fortress walls.
* Mirkwood - Gathburz - "Badges of Dishonour" - Quest Guide is not pointing out all of the quest directions correctly.
* Mirkwood - "Teach Them a Lesson" - The final objective tells players to speak to Maerwen at Thangulhad, but she is actually at Helethir.
* Lone-lands - "Reputation -- Ruby Ring" - Quest starter item refers to Engraved Ruby Rings, when the quest only requires Ruby Rings.
* Bree-land - "The Elves of Rivendell" - Naerandir offers a Rivendell reputation vector, but he has been moved to the Barrow-downs.
Epic
* Volume 2, Book 9, Foreword - "Hilltop Assault" - Travel Now dialogue does not warn that this is a solo-only instance.
* Volume 1, Book 9, Chapter 3 - "Journey to Esteldín" - When the player has reached the final step (turn-in) the quest objective says "Completed" instead of directing the player to Daervunn.
* Volume 1, Book 2, Chapter 6 - "Protected by the Eglain" - Candaith does not allow permanent access of his horse route to the Forsaken Inn once the quest is completed.
* Volume 1, Book 2, Chapter 5 - "Retake Weathertop" - If the player attacks Rigûl before he finishes his opening drama, it is possible for Rigûl to get stuck in drama state. Walking out of the gate to reset the fight will rectify the problem.
* Volume 1, Book 2, Chapter 5 - "Retake Weathertop" (Solo) - Rigul can be killed before he is able to release his troll, breaking the encounter drama.
* Volume 1, Book 10, Chapter 5 - "Springing the Trap" - If Tadan dies after the player dies and retreats, the instance will not reset properly.
Instances
Warg-pens of Dol Guldur
* Meat items eaten by wargs can sometimes not disappear fully.
* If a player who has the most threat dies and retreats while other fellows are in combat, the monsters will run back to the beginning of the instance to go after the retreated player., making it impossible to complete the instance.
Garth Agarwen: Fortress
* Naruhel will shield herself even after she makes all of her available sacrifices.
Fornost
* The gate key is not opening the West Gate.
Barad Guldur
* When DX10 is enabled and the Fell Beast is in an unattackable state, it may disappear sometimes even though it is always present.
Dark Delvings
* Challenge Quest for Gurvand can fail when dying anywhere in the instance.
Classes
Rune-keeper
* Traits - Cleansing Fires Trait Line is not decreasing power cost on skills.
Hunter
* "Find the Path" - The run speed buff from "Find the Path" does not affect a Captain's Herald.
Lore-master
* Lore-master-Class Quest-Private Instance: A Well-Ordered Mind does not immediately reset after failing. The instance can take up to 15 minutes to reset.
Captain
* Standards - The "Finely Woven Grand Master Standard of War" and the "Finely Woven Supreme Standard of War" both have the same stats. This also applies to the critical success versions of both banners: the "Intricately Woven Grand Master Standard of War" and the "Intricately Woven Supreme Standard of War."
* Skill - "Revealing Mark" fails to show proper healing amount when an enemy is affected by Knives Out.
Burglar
* Traits - "The Gambler" Trait line - With 4 traits slotted in "The Gambler" Trait line, when the skill "Mischievous Glee" applies a Disabling Gamble, it will not always Daze the target.
* Skill - "Hide in Plain Sight" - Monsters will occasionally be able to see through "Hide in Plain Sight" and continue to attack the Burglar.
* Skill - "Sneak" - Completion of the Evil Strongholds of Mirkwood deed will break stealth.
Warden
* Traits - "Way of the Fist" and "Way of the Shield" - When these Deeds are underway, the quest ring on the Traits UI will send you to the wrong deed. Clicking on the ring for "Way of the Fist" sends you to "Way of the Shield". Clicking on the ring for "Way of the Shield" sends you to "Way of the Fist".
Monster Play
* Weaver - Trait - "Enhanced Skill: Latent Poison" - Slotting this trait is not properly lowering the cooldown of "Latent Poison."
* Stalker - Skill - "Pounce" - Ability is inconsistently applying its knockdown effect.
* Stalker - Using a Hobbit Tracker will result in a cooldown error for the skill "Sense Prey."
* The item "Odorous Salts" does not prevent the stun from a Warden's "Ambush".
* Retreating in Gath Ulunn will teleport you to Durin's Threshold in Moria.
Mail
* Clicking on the scrollbar in the mail recipient auto complete drop-down closes the drop-down.
UI
* Skirmish Panel - Clicking on the scroll bar opens and closes the trees in either window.
* Quickslot bars 3 and 5 do not load to their saved positions when using the command /ui layout save and /ui layout load.
* Legendary Items
* Rune-keeper - "-X Penetrate Resistance" legacy infers that it affects you, but it really affects your target.
* Incoming Healing values on unidentified items may display higher than expected on those items’ tooltip.
Legendary Items
* Myndil the Relic-master in Anazarmekhem, The Flaming Deeps of Moria, is not allowing players who have not purchased Siege of Mirkwood access to his Relic Combination services.
Crafting
* Mirkwood - Crafting Hall - The Superior Oven & Superior Workbench do not act as regular Oven & Workbench facilities.
Skirmishes
General
* Scaling a Skirmish to any level above 65 will not result in more Skirmish Marks as a reward.
* Quest - "Orders of War" - Objectives do not mention that you need to collect a Target List item before turn-in, which can lead to confusion.
Soldiers
* Summoning any pet after the Soldier is summoned will cause the Soldier's vitals to disappear. Re-summoning the Soldier will refresh the UI.
* If the player is in stealth, but the soldier gets detected by a monster, the player will be pulled out of stealth. This is a bug.
* Some combinations of Soldiers, traits, and Cosmetic items may have no impact on Soldier appearance. Occasionally they may have very unexpected results, but these are a display issues only.
* Herbalist - "Direct Soldier" skill does not have an effect on the Herbalist; they will continue to heal as usual.
* A Rune-keeper's "Rune of Restoration" does not heal Soldiers.
* Not all outfit traits listed in the Attributes panel are obtainable at this time.
* Any trait with a damage-over-time component lists that damage as a negative number in its tooltip.
Thievery and Mischief
* Second-Watcher Heathstraw should have a quest ring above his head at the end of the instance to indicate you may speak with him to leave.
Strike Against Dannenglor
* The Seregruin optional encounter does not grant Skirmish Marks.
Stand at Amon Sul
* Defeating Golnauk results in a message that the East campfire has gone out, even if it is not lit or has been extinguished.
Siege of Gondamon
* Encounter items "South Gate Flag" and "West Gate Flag" both have tooltip text that directs you to the wrong locations. The direction in the item name is correct.
Protectors of Thangulhad
* Optional Encounter Grudom stays in drama and does not turn hostile, preventing the optional from being completed.
Breaching the Necromancer's Gate
* The "Roasted Aurochs Meat" for one of the optional Encounters does not look like it is usable, but it is.
* NPC Goldagnir is very short, considering that he is an Elf.
Battle in the Tower
* The Gate in Mazog's room does not drop after the Skirmish is completed.
