mscorwks.dll : LOTROExtreme

Headline dll file will not load thats all I have ever got for this program on launch.
What i have do to try and fix it reinstall .net2 rereg both files that needed do try to reinstall program from start.
Still not joy stort of at a lost now I know it the microsoft .net cause this but after removing and a reinstall and it still happens

any ideas guys thank in advance
