Decided to make one on my spare time because it seems like a lot of people need it. This is going to be very brief in terms of mindless chit-chat, and I will go into detail with some parts.
<u>Beginner</u>
When rolling for stats, try and get:
Str = anything
Dex = anything
Luk = 4
Int = 4
This is because brawlers need 20 into Dexterity to make the job advancement and equip equipment, and there Strength is the main source of power. Luck and Intelligence don't matter at all. (Luk at 4 adds 2 accuracy which helps a little if you go dex-less/low-dex)
Do all the quests on Maple Island and getting to 10 will be a walk in the park for you.
REMEMBER YOU NEED 20 DEXTERITY TO DO THE ADVANCEMENT
Go on the boat to Victoria and head off to Nautilus. Go to Kyrin by: Going into the submarine, go to the right and enter the Upper Corridor, go to the left and it's the last door to the left. Have a chat with Kyrin and Viola you are now a pirate.
<u>Pirate</u>
Now you're level 10, you have 1 skill point, and you've gotten a free level 10 knuckle. What now?
You could take the longer way that feels short, by doing all the quests you possibly can. Or you can grind it out right away, but where?

But what about skill distribution???
Well you don't need Double Shot at all. So to max all skills you need 70 Stat Points...You only get 61...So one of your skills is left without 9 points, at this point it's your move. However you're only left with two options really, seeing as how the other skills are essential. Either Flash Fist is left at 11 or Dash is left at 1. This is we're I will go into detail.
<u>Flash Fist</u>
+ It's pretty strong as a first skill
+ You can spam it
- You'll be using this until you get Double Uppercut to level 5 (when it becomes stronger)
- After Double Uppercut you'll never use this again
<u>Dash</u>
+ Gets you to where you want fast
+ Really helps during training
- People say it activates when you don't want it to (never happened to me)
- Waste MP when it randomly activates
- When you change direction it gets cancelled.
Personally, I went Flash Fist maxed on my Marauder, I wish I could take it back because I find Dash A LOT more useful.

I chose Somersault Kick first because at places like Pig Beach and Mushroom Garden you'll be able to OHKO the monsters with both FF and SK, might as well kill multiple monsters at once rather then one at a time. You'll need Bullet Time to kill Ligators in Kerning Party Quest, your accuracy will be pretty bad. Flash Fist and Dash are interchangeable. Doesn't matter which way you go.
Once you hit level 30(or above, as long as you don't use the skill points) Head back over to Kyrin and talk to her. Talk with her once more and pick the last option, this will send you to another map, in this map you need to kill octopirates(?) and collect items to become a brawler. HOWEVER YOU CAN ONLY USE FLASH FIST! This doesn't really matter, the octopirates are pretty weak so you shouldn't have any trouble. Once this is done, talk to Kyrin and tell her you want to be a Brawler, then Viola.
<u>Brawler</u>
RA RA FIGHT THE POWA! Unfortunately you won't be using any new skills for a while, you'll be needing to max other skills first.

MaxHP because unless you want 300+ less hp then all the other brawlers you're going to max it first. Mastery because you can finally stop does 30-300 damage. Corkscrew gets one so you can mob easier, and booster gets 6 so you can mob faster. Corkscrew gets maxed because it's so strong and it's a good mobbing skill, then double uppercut for those stray monsters from the mob. Backspin so you can train at harder mobs without raping your pot money, Booster so you don't have to repress it every minute. MP Recovery because it's better then Oak Barrel.

Zombie Mushrooms are a good monster to mob. CarnivalPQ if you're poorer because you can get the 40 and 50 knuckle. Truckers are good until you are about to 100% hit Slimy+JrSelkie, and MP3 is good until...well...about halfway into level 80.
Now once you reach level 70(or above, as long as you don't spend your skill points) head over to El Nath at the top of town there is a building, inside talk to the person closest to you (it is the pirate 3rd job instructor) and he will send you on some quests to become a Brawler.
Firstly, you'll have to return to Victoria, talk to Kyrin who will tell you to fight her clone. The portal to get to the clone is in the Cave of Evil Eye, either 2 or 3. No need to buy all-cure pots, all she does is slow. She can also spawn a copy of her, to tell which one is her simply using a stunning attack, if she gets stunned it's a clone, if not, it's the real one.
Go back to Kyrin and she will send you off to El Nath again. This time, you have to go to Sharp Cliff (

Charge at 4 so you can get that bonus ever couple of minutes. Transform at one so you can use Shockwave. Shockwave at 21 so it hits 6 enemies. Max Transform so you can use it more often. Max Shockwave for more damage. Max Energy Charge because it is an awesome skill. Then after that, it's pretty much up to you. It doesn't matter so much as long as those 3 skills are maxed first, in pretty much that order for fastest leveling speed.

Slimy are good until you can 100% hit Goby houses, in which case Goby parties are the best. And once you can survive and hit Himes 100%, they are just plain awesome.
Dex-less = Get it to 20 then stop all together. Not that great at the moment because there are absolutely no Maple Knuckles.
Low-Dex = Get it to a number where you are able to equip a good knuckle if you had Dex gear. Probably best with every class (low-dex sin, low-luk wizard,etc). Early on, put all your points into Str, then when you get to the point were you need 5 or 10 Dex, dump all your points into it.
Some good dex gear: 10-Dex Earrings, 15-Dex Zhelm, 10-Dex Shoes, 20-Dex Robe. With those equip you'd only ever need 65 Base Dex to equip the highest level Knuckle.
Normal Dex = Keep Dex at your level so you can equip all pirate equipment at your level. Probably the worst build because you waste a lot of skill points. You can only scroll shoes, earrings, helms for dex and some equip like Zhelm give a lot of Dex, so you just waste a lot of points you could put in Str. Put all your points into Str, then when you get to the point were you need 5 or 10 Dex, dump all your points into it.
