Macro Speed : Myth of Soma - Discussion

i've just recorded a crafting macro for some with XU i was wondering how i speed the macro up so that is crafts faster? i read somewhere that you have to change something to -10 : :? can someone please tell me where i can change the speed please, thanks

were it says 500 in the section(alt+inser+2) change it :) hope it helps
