first of all this has been around for a while.. and no you weren't the one who created it -o-

Indeed, i've been in contact with the creator of these modded files on another forum....

And they have been posted in our site for awhile, including an outline of the ini's and a tool to encrypt and decrypt them to make such changes yourself....
