Quick, easy xp : City of Heroes - Submissions

This is a good strategy to do every once in a while, but will get very boring after a while. At level 15, you can finaly enter bloody bay (pvp zone) the missions there are short, and great completion bonus. The thing is, its repeatable, infinatly. I usualy do the bomb mission, since at level 25 you get around 400 xp per bomb (3 of emm).

Once you do a few of them, you get the cell phone from the guy, and it becomes very efficient leveling, if you can stand the monotony. Can easily gain levels, good amounts of tech salvage, and pretty easy mobs. I would recommend soloing it, and leaving yourself on villainous, or else you will have to deal with a boss at the end, instead of a LT, and the boss usualy has powers that will own you, spines/invul
