1. What item did you have disappear?
2. Which character had the item when it disappeared and on what server?
3. Did you ever put this item through the mail system?
4. Who were the sender and recipient?
5. Describe the steps you took to send and/or receive the item. Include any details on mistakes made along the way or multiple attempts to send the item.
6. Where was the item when it disappeared? In your backpack? Equipped? Still in the mail?
7. Do you know any of the item's previous transaction history? Where it was looted, where you bought it, or any trades it might have been in?
